Our registration process requires attendees to register for the entirety of the event, which spans four days , 4 – 7 December. This approach ensures that participants can fully engage with all the sessions, workshops and networking opportunities that the congress offers, providing a comprehensive and enriching experience for all attendees.

All registered participants will be able to watch on-demand recordings of programme sessions up to 30 days after the congress has concluded. You can watch any session at any time.

As the start of the congress approaches, all registered delegates will receive an email with their login credentials for the virtual platform. 

  • A stable internet connection is recommended to participate in sessions without experiencing interruptions.
  • A browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) updated to the latest version.
  • Cookie and pop-up blocking measures should be disabled as they may lead to access issues.
  • Recommended screen resolution: Full HD 1920×1080 pixels or higher.
  • Access through desktop or laptop computer is recommended for an optimal user experience. Only basic viewing features are supported on mobile devices and tablets.
  • The use of third party browsers on Apple devices is not recommended.

If you have difficulties accessing the virtual platform during the congress, please contact congress@idf.org for further assistance.

A dedicated helpdesk will available in the virtual platform and a dedicated IT technician will assist you with any technical issues you may encounter during the congress.

Throughout the congress, delegates will have the opportunity to interact with fellow participants, speakers and sponsors through our messaging system.

You can also participate in our live Question & Answer discussions, which will take place with the speaker panel after each session. The congress also features several Meet-the-Expert networking group sessions where you will have the opportunity to engage directly with our experts.

Yes, we will have live Q&A’s and discussions as part of our congress programme. If you miss any live sessions, you can still ask questions and/or provide comments throughout the duration of the congress.

You will also be able to send private messages to other participants who have given consent to be contacted during the congress.  Speakers and panellists will be available to answer questions through the virtual conference platform messaging system.

All live sessions will take place in Central European Time (CET; GMT +1). Please ensure that you check all the times carefully and convert them to your local time so you will be able to join the sessions live. You can use this interactive time zone map to see the relevant time zone in your area.

Recordings of the sessions will be available for view on-demand shortly after the presentations have taken place and can be viewed by registered participants for up to 30 days following the conclusion of the congress. Our e-poster gallery will be open for up to 12 months following the congress.

All programme sessions will be in English.

The IDF Virtual Congress 2023 has received 17.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that they actually spent in the educational activity. Please also note that participants can only claim the hours of credits for content watched during the time of the congress, 4 – 7 December 2023. Participants cannot claim credits for sessions viewed on-demand once the congress has concluded.

CME certificates will be available as of Thursday, 7 December. To download your CME Certificate, login to the virtual platform and click on “My CME Certificate”. You will be asked to complete an evaluation form, which is mandatory and required by the EACCME®. Once you have completed the form you will be able to download your certificate.

Registered participants who have attended the virtual congress can download their certificate of attendance from the virtual platform as of day 1 – Monday, 4 December – of the congress. To do so, click on the “Attendance Certificate” banner on the helpdesk on the virtual platform homescreen.
